Obituary for Rodney Marion Cupples
Mr. Rodney Marion Cupples, age 76 of Boyce, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Monday, July 13, 2020 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Funeral services for Mr. Cupples will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday July 20, 2020 at Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana. Full Military honors will follow the funeral service at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville, Louisiana under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home of Ball, Louisiana.
Chief Petty Officer Cupples, a Vietnam Veteran, faithfully served his country in the U.S. Navy for 27 years before retiring. Officer Cupples was partly disabled due to exposure to Agent Orange.
Mr. Cupples was loved by his family. He loved his children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters. He was called the favorite grandfather, favorite Uncle etc because of the time he spent with the ones he loved.
He is survived by the love of his life for the last 27 years, Patricia Cupples ; two daughters, Christina Macauley (Kevin) and Pamela Cupples Kirkendall (Daniel); a son, John Phillip Cupples; three grandchildren, Wyatt Joseph Kirkendall, Daniella Moira Kirkendall and Olivia Elise Kirkendall; four sisters, Vivian Ann Harris (Rusty), Brenda Cupples French (Ray), Catherine Faye Cupples and Derelene Carr; two brothers, Wilson Harold Cupples (Norma) and Phillip Murrell Cupples and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
