Obituary for Leola Frances Guin (O'Neal)

Graveside services for Mrs. Leola Frances O'Neal Guin will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Hargis Cemetery, Montgomery, Louisiana with Reverend Steven Richardson officiating. Burial will be in Hargis Cemetery under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.
Mrs. Guin, age 91 of Montgomery entered eternal rest on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the Community Care Nursing facility in Natchitoches, La surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Guin loved her family, enjoyed gardening, cooking and going to the casino. She was a loving mother, mother-in law, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother.
There to meet her when she entered heaven was her husband, Lisso Guin; her son, Acey K. Guin; her granddaughter, Candice Renee Guin Kuhlmann; her parents, Olen and Lessie O'Neal; three sisters, Dorothy Weaver, Melda Shamulas and Alene Zutter; two brothers, J.D. O'Neal and Donald O'Neal; two son in laws, L. J. Lachney and Bob King and her favorite fur baby "Pixie".

Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Peggy J. King and Toni Guin; two special friends, Shawn Gerhart and her "adopted" daughter, Suzanne Shipley; two grandchildren, Randy Lachney and Connie Lachney; five great-grandchildren, Jalen Kuhlmann, Chyanne Lachney, Daniel Lachney, Dakota Chandler and Joseph Lachney; six great-great-grandchildren, Emily Neitte, Olivia Clair Neitte, Audrey Raine Dortlon, Jasper Cain Dortlon, Kami Lachney, Joseph Lachney, Jr and a sister in law Janis O'Neal.

Pallbearers honored to serve are Joel Bryant, Joe Smith, Wayne Mudge, Oscar Craig, David Shipley and Jalen Kuhlmann. Honorary pallbearers will be G. W. Kuhlmann, Randy Lachney and Daniel Lachney.
