Jerry Dean Dyer, age 64 of Deville, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria. A Memorial Service will be held at the family home on Wagers Road in Deville on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 2:00 PM. Mr. Dyer was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Jerry had a great sense of humor, was a free-spirit, carefree simple man. He loved fishing, was a jack of all trades, loved to barbeque and being around family and friends.
Mr. Dyer was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Maebell Dyer.
Mr. Dyer is survived by his wife of 20 years, Rhonda Nell Dyer; two sons, Eric Dyer (Wendy) of Deville and Samuel Grant Dyer of Ruston; three brothers, Robert "Buckhorn" Dyer (Delane) of Deville, Johnny Dyer (Lisa) of Lake Charles and Joseph "Joey" Dyer, Sr. (Tammy) of Deville and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
